"Out of home respite for families"

	Our Services Youth stay with Venture Academy Parent Counsellors on a temporary basis when families require skilled adult supervision for their adolescent youth. Youth and families may wish to access the service for a family "break" or temporary relief from ongoing strain or stress. There may be a time in the lives of families when parents are needed elsewhere and interim caregivers must be found. Venture Academy's Relief Services do not offer our full spectrum of clinical and therapeutic services. Youth are still supported by our Youth and Parent Counsellors; however the focus is mainly supportive supervision, positive role modelling and therapeutic recreation.
	Our all inclusive per diem rate is $199.00 CDN or $159.00 US with a two day minimum. Please call or email head office to reserve an opening.
