Clients accessing the program may be demonstrating behavioural challenges and experiencing emotional difficulties. These barriers prevent the client from healthy functioning in everyday life causing disruptions in school, employment, family life, and social relationships.
Possible emotional difficulties, mental health issues, and clinically diagnosed disorders, may include: low self-esteem, depression, poor self-concept, Attention Deficit Disorder, etc.
Parents or the young adult themselves may be concerned or apprehensive about an impending move away from home.
